Commissioning should include the meetings your team actually runs: an ordinary call, a presentation, a visitor’s laptop and a session with remote participants. Possibly. We review connections, control options, condition and suitability for the proposed room. Reuse is a design decision rather than an automatic yes or no.

Can several meeting rooms work the same way?

A common control layout and handover standard can help. Each room still needs its own assessment for dimensions, seating, acoustics and installed equipment before the design is repeated.
