Project series: Sports park. This is one component of a wider project, not a separate site.
Controlled entry and changing-room lockers were two related parts of a sports park installation. Our team delivered both within a broader systems project that also included visitor kiosks, digital displays and lighting automation.
Entry control hardware
The completed access-control scope included nine network controllers, 26 card readers, door-contact sensors, electronic locking hardware and backup power components. Installation work included connections, controller configuration and system start-up.
Electronic locker access
The changing-room package included 83 electronic locker locks, 200 RFID wristbands, a master credential and emergency power equipment. Locker access was treated as its own work package because individual storage compartments have different operating requirements from building entry points.
Software configuration and integration
The scope included access-control software and integration work within the wider facility platform. Physical hardware installation and software configuration were both part of the project, alongside the visitor-facing systems covered in the kiosk article.
Two functions within the same project
This case study keeps the distinction between entry control and locker access visible. Both were delivered at the same sports park, and both belong to the same previous team project. The article makes no claim about quantified security improvements or a specific access policy beyond the completed scope.

Server-managed court access
The access control system was managed from a 1C server and controlled visitor entry to paid sports courts. Network controllers, electromechanical locks and readers formed the documented court-entry system.
