Project series: Sports park. This is one component of a wider project, not a separate site.
Visitor kiosks connected physical service points with booking and facility software in a sports park project. Our team completed this package as part of the same wider installation covered by the display, access-control and lighting articles.
Self-service points for visitors
The delivered scope included ten outdoor information kiosks and four kiosks for changing-room areas. The service functions covered registration, court booking, payment and ordering. Installation also included configuring the built-in computers and starting the kiosk systems.
Software and interface development
The software scope brought together the facility-management platform, mobile applications and interfaces for kiosks and other devices. Integration modules connected the kiosks to the platform, while separate interfaces supported information screens and sports scoreboards.
Connecting visitor services and facility systems
The project included access-control integration and interface work across several device types. The kiosks therefore formed part of the broader operating environment of the park, rather than acting only as standalone information screens.
What this case study covers
This article describes the completed kiosk and software integration scope. The related series explains the other installed systems. No visitor-volume, queue-time or sales improvement is claimed: the focus is the service functions and integration work that were delivered.
